Business technology, security and power — installed by one local team.
اسلام آباد کے کاروبار کے لیے سیکیورٹی، سسٹم اور کنیکٹیویٹی
Cameras, access control, networks, tills, solar and air conditioning. We survey first, quote every rupee in writing, and still answer the phone after handover.
Ten trades, three groups. Pick the group your problem sits in and the right page is one click away — or skip the choosing and just describe what is going wrong.
Describe the problem in a sentence — a dead camera, a slow office, a bill that keeps climbing — and we will tell you what it is before quoting anything.
Three jobs we are asked for most, and how we do them.
The rest of the catalogue is real work too. These three are where we have the deepest evidence, the sharpest pricing and the longest queue of people asking.
CCTV for Islamabad businesses
Four cameras aimed right beat eight aimed anywhere
The usual failure in a shop or plaza is placement, not camera count. We walk the premises, mark the blind spots on a plan, and quote camera by camera against it — so you can strike out any line before a hole is drilled.
Most “slow internet” is the cabling, not the connection
We pull Cat6 through conduit, fuse fiber with a splicing machine, segment cameras and the till away from guest WiFi, and test every port. The results sheet stays with you rather than in someone's head.
Sized from your IESCO bill, not from a panel package
We read three months of billing before quoting a single panel, which usually means a smaller system and a shorter payback than the package price you were shown. Net-metering paperwork is handled with the installation.
Real installed ranges from jobs in these two cities. The survey turns a range into a figure, and the written quote turns the figure into something you can hold us to.
Panels, inverter, mounting, wiring and the net-metering paperwork
Indicative ranges taken from real jobs — not a rate card, and never a “from” figure that leaves out the cable.
What moves the price
Cable runs, camera type and resolution, how much footage you keep, and whether conduit can be concealed in the building you are in.
What the free survey includes
A walk of the premises, sight-lines and cable routes measured, a marked-up plan, and an itemised written quotation in PKR.
Quote validity and payment
Quotations hold for 30 days. Work starts against a written approval, and the balance falls due at handover — not before the system runs.
Looking costs nothing. The quote lists every rupee before you say yes.
Two cameras over a till or a full floor of cabling — either way we walk the site first, usually the same day inside Islamabad, and price it line by line.
Each step protects the next: the survey keeps the quotation honest, and the quotation keeps the invoice boring. Nothing is drilled or ordered until you have signed off the numbers.
01
Site survey
We walk the premises, measure sight-lines and note every entry point, power source and cable route. You get a marked-up plan, not a guess over the phone.
Free across Islamabad & Rawalpindi
02
Written quotation
Itemised in PKR: model numbers, cable lengths, labour and warranty terms. No miscellaneous line. What you approve is what you pay.
Valid 30 days
03
Installation
Concealed conduit where the building allows it, cable labelled at both ends, and a tidy rack. We clean up before we leave.
Most jobs finish in a day
04
Handover & training
We sit with your staff until they can pull footage, run a shift and reprint a receipt without calling us.
Printed quick-guide included
05
Support & AMC
Warranty on parts and labour, remote help on WhatsApp, and scheduled cleaning and health checks if you take an AMC.
24 / 7 on the Enterprise plan
What you are guaranteed either way
The survey is free, and yours either way
We measure, mark up a plan and leave a written quotation. Whether you hire us is entirely your call, and the plan does not go back in the van.
Nothing is ordered before you approve it
No drilling, no deliveries and no deposit until you have signed off an itemised number. There is no line on our quotes reading “miscellaneous”.
Travel is quoted before you book
Anything outside the twin cities carries its travel cost on the quotation, never as a surprise added to the final invoice.
Warranty on parts and on labour
Manufacturer warranty on hardware, our own warranty on the installation, and a workmanship warranty printed on repair invoices rather than implied.
Support plans
Fitting the system is half the job.
June heat, monsoon damp and voltage dips wear installed kit down quietly. An AMC replaces “call us if something breaks” with scheduled visits, priority callout and a line that picks up.
Annual maintenance contracts compared: ideal customer, hours, response time, visits, coverage, reporting and exclusions.

Replacement hardware — quoted at plan rates before fitting
Example pricing — the final figure depends on how many devices and how many sites the plan has to cover. Replacement hardware is always quoted before it is fitted.
Who and where
A software house and a mart do not need the same system.
We install for both. The difference is rarely the hardware — it is the door rules, the reports and who the system wakes at 2 am. The free survey is where that gets pinned down.

Common questions
Asked over the counter, answered with numbers.
The six that come up before anything is booked. If yours is not here, put it on WhatsApp and it gets the same plain answer.
How much does CCTV installation cost in Islamabad?
A four-camera 2MP system with a DVR, 1 TB storage, power supply, cabling and installation typically costs PKR 55,000 to 85,000 in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, depending on cable runs and camera type. A four-channel IP system at 4MP starts around PKR 110,000. Every item is quoted separately, and the site survey is free across both cities.
How much does a solar system cost, and how long until it pays for itself?
It depends on your usage, which is why we read your bills before quoting your roof. A small on-grid system for a shop or house starts around PKR 350,000 installed; a hybrid with batteries costs well beyond that. Send photos of your last three IESCO bills and we will size it properly. An honest payback for most Islamabad systems is three to five years.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based at Motorway Chowk in H-15, so anywhere in Islamabad is same-day — Blue Area, the F, G, E and I sectors, DHA, PWD and Bani Gala — and Rawalpindi and Bahria Town are covered daily. We also take scheduled work in Wah Cantt, Taxila, Murree, Gujar Khan, Attock, Haripur and Chakwal. Travel outside the twin cities is quoted upfront, never added to the invoice afterwards.
How long does a typical installation take?
Up to eight cameras or a single POS counter is one working day. Structured cabling for an office floor usually takes two to three days. Fiber depends on the duct or pole route, and you get a date range at quotation, not a promise we cannot keep.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Cameras, recorders, POS hardware and network equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty, usually one to three years by brand, and our own warranty covers the installation labour. Repairs carry a workmanship warranty printed on your invoice, not implied.
What happens if a camera stops working after installation?
Call or message us — most faults are diagnosed remotely in minutes. If a visit is needed, it is free within the warranty period. Standard response is the next working day; Business and Enterprise AMC clients get same-day callout across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and Enterprise covers emergencies around the clock.
Send this and we reply the same working day to fix a time — within Islamabad the survey usually happens the same day again. It costs nothing, and the itemised quote is yours to keep whoever you hire.
